Feeling better begins here

Picture
Losing our sense of self  - feeling fatigued, stressed, burnt-out, overwhelmed,  with poor sleep, and seemingly catching every bug going around. Sometimes this resolves as quickly as it started, or we continue to feel out of sorts.

Diet, lifestyle choices, exposure to toxins in our environment, genetics, ongoing stress levels are some key contributors in disrupting our health.

Struggling with long standing or chronic issues such as pain, poor gut function,  depression, anxiety, ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/Chronic fatigue syndrome), hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or autoimmunity can lead us to search for additional help, particularly if current treatment isn't hitting the mark. High blood sugar, cholesterol, nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalance and inflammation - it's there in black and white on the blood test results from your GP or specialist.  These are definite" hints" that the body is not in a state of balance.

I am here to listen and work with you, help you regain energy, balance - YOUR optimal health.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is  a complementary health profession incorporating the most current research and traditional practice on offer.

Naturopathy retains its traditional foundation by supporting the body's inherent ability to heal; treating not only the symptom, but identifying the cause;  to do no harm by formulating the most safe, appropriate protocol for you as an individual; educating and working with you, to discover and develop strategies to obtain and maintain your optimal wellbeing.

Research into therapeutic use of medicinal herbs, nutrition and the impact of lifestyle upon our health is growing at an exponential rate. Your naturopathic protocol is designed to integrate with treatment by your GP, specialist or other health professional.

So, what is a naturopathic protocol?

Your individual protocol might include:

Phytotherapy (herbal medicine) as a bespoke  liquid formulation or as a tablet/capsule
Nutritional supplementation and food as medicine
Bespoke amino acid formulations
Tissue salts
Australian Bush Flower Essences - bespoke formulation
Dietary and lifestyle modifications
Daily movement

Referral to an appropriate health professional, should you require additional support outside the naturopathic scope of practice.

Prescribed items are "practitioner only". This ensures that raw materials sourced for the product are unadulterated, of the highest quality, TGA approved and appropriate for therapeutic use. Access to these prescribed items requires a naturopathic consultation in order to formulate an appropriate and safe script.
