About Chris Hibbert
Hello everyone, my name is Chris, a naturopath, wife, mum of one, lover of the great outdoors, horses, dogs (particularly my beloved "clinic assistant, Dillyn). Practising as a naturopath is something which I can say is not just a job, it's a lifestyle choice - one which is rewarding and exciting in equal measure.
What initially attracted me to naturopathy was the idea that facets of our life impact upon our health. Within my own life, struggling with high level, sustained stress and the effect that had upon anxiety, fertility, gut health, and immunity led me to seek out practical help. Discovering the role of foods, lifestyle choices, herbs, nutrients and benefits to my health was profound. This is why I am passionate about benefits of naturopathy and how it will support your health and wellbeing throughout life.
Having a practical outlook, my strength lies in providing a warm and nurturing naturopathic support process, centred around your individual needs. Comprehensive case taking enables you to share your health story, your way. We work together to put those pieces of the puzzle together and find direction forward with your protocol. The great thrill is seeing the positive difference, even the smallest changes a client makes, to health and overall outlook on life.
Having experience in working with a broad range of health conditions, both acute and longstanding, supporting you in achieving your health goals is something I look forward to. Particular areas of interest include:
To ensure leading edge naturopathic knowledge is applied in practice, I attend continuous post-graduate training to be informed of and, understand current research.
To support you in gaining YOUR best health and wellbeing is my mission.
